木刻餅?。阂环萸閼?、一縷鄉(xiāng)愁
As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, most mooncakes need to bemadefrom woodcut pastry molds before entering large-scale industrial production. Therefore, woodcut pastry molds are also very popular among cake makers, tea houses, hotels and households. One of the few adherents is Yang Haicheng, the 67-year-old representative of the Intangible Cultural Heritage Woodcut Pastry Mold Project in Foshan. He has been engaged in pastry mold carving for 50 years, witnessing the prosperity and decline of the industry.
中秋臨近，在進(jìn)入大規(guī)模工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)前，月餅大多需通過(guò)木刻餅印制作，因此，木刻餅印也深受餅家、茶樓、酒店及居民家庭歡迎。今年67歲的佛山市級(jí)非遺佛山餅印項(xiàng)目代表性傳承人楊海成是為數(shù)不多的堅(jiān)守者之一，他從事餅印雕刻已有50載，見(jiàn)證了木刻餅印的興盛和式微。
